Arun brings to his practice and to his students a sense of deep reverence. This both encourages his students to practice on their own and I believe helps them to develop as individuals and to build a sense of cohesiveness within the online practice community.

Qigong and Kungfu restore health, increase vitality, develop power, and inspire personal growth through meditative exercise and mind training. You can heal lingering injuries, unwind lifelong tension, and meet your best self. You canfinally take a leading role in managing your own physical and mental health.

I think it’s the most accessible form of meditation in the world. If you’ve been discouraged by meditation practices in the past, give my classes a try. You might be surprised what you learn!

Medical Qigong builds relaxation and stress relief skills through gentle, intentional movements that heal body and mind at deep levels.

Martial Qigong and Kungfu, including Tai Chi, build strength, longevity, and whole-human power to prepare you for any of life’s challenges, physical or mental.

On the outside, Qigong and Kungfu look like simple exercise. For some teachers, that’s all it ever is. But when taught correctly, special meditation principles and movement skills make Qigong and Kungfu peerless as healing and strengthening arts. They must be felt to be truly appreciated.

I started practicing Tai Chi and Qigong in 1990 and find it essential to me for health and vitality. For the past two years I have had the privilege of learning from Arun as well as other well known teachers throughout my development in the arts. Arun is an exceptional teacher who has a vast knowledge of these arts. He is patient with his teaching methods and I know first hand he lives these arts daily.
